Acclaimed actress from Hungary appeared in more than 60 Hungarian, German and other international films and TV movies in the leading role. For her artistic achievements she received a Merit of Honor in 2006. Among others she worked with Academy Award winner director Istvan Szabo, Robert Benton and Ildiko Enyedi. Erika’s first international success was in the German-Hungarian film called Gloomy Sunday that was distributed worldwide. One of her most beloved films is the adaptation of Sandor Marai’s novel Adventure by Jozsef Sipos along with Hungary’s most acclaimed actor Sandor Csanyi.
