Prime Minister’s Commissioner, Former Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly
Katalin Szili is a lawyer and also has a degree in political science and human ecology. Between 1994 and 2014 she was a member of the Hungarian National Assembly, between 2002 and 2009 she was the Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly. She is the founder and honorary president of the National Council for Sustainable Development (NCSD) and the Forum of the Hungarian Representatives from the Carpathian Basin (KMKF).
Since 2015, Ms. Szili is the Prime Minister’s Representative for the autonomy affairs in the Carpathian Basin.
