Requirements for All Positions:

  • Proficiency in English; Hungarian language skills preferred.
  • Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Smile!
  • Experience preferred but not required.

Work Hours for All Positions on-site:

  • May 22nd: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • May 23rd: 6:30 AM - 10:30 PM
  • May 24th: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Conference Coordinator

 

  •   Coordinate event logistics, guide attendees, assist with registration, setup, and teardown. 
  •   Assist in donation collection, entrance control, placing name tags, and providing information.

Number of Volunteers Needed: 4 

Expo Coordinator

 

  • Prepare expo tables, coordinate registered participants, assist with setup and teardown.
  • Arrange tables, provide assistance to exhibitors.

Decorations Coordinator

 

  • Manage logistics for all event decorations including setup and teardown. 
  • Arrange flowers, place name tags, and ensure overall aesthetic appeal.

Merchandising Manager

 

  • Manage logistics for promotional merchandise.
  • Coordinate sales, assist with registration, and handle protocol gifts.

Cultural and Stage Assistant

 

  • Assist in logistical tasks for cultural programs, coordinate assistance, and set up images.

  • Aid the Hospitality Manager in guest logistics coordination.
