Dr. László Szabó obtained his medical degree from the University of Debrecen in 1990 and subsequently worked as a transplant surgeon in Debrecen. He continued his career at the American pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly and Company, where he engaged in sales, marketing, HR, research and development, and management across seven countries on four continents over 18 years. Between 2010 and 2014, he served as the CEO of Teva Hungary in Budapest. For three years, he was Hungary's ambassador to the United States, preceded by three years as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. From 2020 to 2022, he held the position of CEO at Mediaworks Zrt. In his most recent role, as the founder and head of the Hungarian Innovation Hub, he is responsible for the development of a comprehensive ecosystem spanning multiple universities.

Keith Norden is president and CEO of Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation, a public-private partnership created to draw high-impact businesses to Volusia County, Florida. Keith has led Team Volusia EDC since October 2012. With a focus on job creation, Keith is responsible for attracting businesses to the 16 municipalities of the Greater Daytona Region/Volusia County. He leads a comprehensive outreach program while maintaining strong alliances with business leaders, public officials and global economic development experts. Since arriving at Team Volusia, he has doubled the number of private sector investors and increased project activity and corporate locations to an all-time high.

In 1990, Keith began his economic development career in Virginia with leadership roles at: Virginia Peninsula Economic Development Council; Virginia Economic Development Partnership; and Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance, a public-private partnership representing 16 communities in Southeastern Virginia. In 2009, Keith was recruited as president and CEO of the Tampa Committee of One Hundred which later transitioned into the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation, now known as Tampa Bay Economic Development Council. During his tenure, he led efforts in restructuring the organization to include aggressive outreach recruitment activities as well as increased funding from the private sector.

Keith is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the Economic Development Institute at University of Oklahoma. He received his professional certification in 1995 when he became a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). In 2022, Keith was the recipient of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette granted by His Majesty The Emperor of Japan for his years of service of building business relationships and cultural ties between Japan and the United States.

Judit Regos is a social policy expert, family counsellor and social entrepreneur. She is the founder of the Parents’ House movement in Hungary, the leader of Parents’ House Family Centres since 2007 and the President of the Parents’ House Public Benefit Foundation since 2015.
As an expert, she is frequently invited to contribute to the Hungarian media and to speak at Hungarian and international conferences.

The family support methodology she developed was awarded Best Practice by the European Union's Eurofound Foundation in 2012 and included in the World Bank's Good Practice in 2014.

On the recommendation of the World Bank, a partnership with the Government of Ghana was launched in 2018 and with the Government of Morocco in 2019 to adapt the programme.
In 2022, the Foundation was granted consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and in 2023 her programme won the Social Innovation Award in Hungary.

Over the past 15 years, Parents’ House, under her leadership, has reached more than 100,000 families through the operation of six family centres and 20 family nurseries. It has provided summer camping opportunities for thousands of children and involved hundreds of volunteers in its various charitable programmes. The Foundation works with 20 children's homes across Hungary to enhance the life prospects of 500 children and young people in care.

Ms. Logue serves as Director of the University of Central Florida's nine-site Business Incubation Program and Innovation Districts. Four incubators are located in the three UCF Innovation Districts anchored around UCF campuses focusing on early-stage companies in specific clusters of technology and industry that are key drivers of Central Florida’s economy. Five others are located in other areas of Metro Orlando serving a wide range of fast-growing companies.

Ms. Carol Ann Logue is also Co-Founder and Director of the Central Florida Tech Grove which is a unique virtual and physical innovation collaboration hub established through a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) between the UCF Research Foundation and the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division. Carol Ann serves as the UCF representative on the Executive Board of the Orlando Tech Community. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Central Florida STEM Education Council.

Luca Morocz is a former Hungarian diplomat with a strong background in international relations and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Hungarian American Coalition in Washington D.C.

Prior to this role, Luca served as a Working Group Liaison Officer and Acting Unit Chief at the U.S. Department of State's Counterterrorism Bureau. In this capacity, he facilitated high-level engagements between Department leadership and national and international officials, contributing significantly to the Coalition's efforts in combating terrorism. Before joining the State Department, Luca held the position of Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary. During her tenure, she oversaw and analyzed economic and political relations among the European Union, the United States, and Canada, playing a pivotal role in coordinating bilateral relations between the U.S. and Hungary. The courses I have taught are Introduction to International Relations, Comparative Politics, European Studies, The Conduct and Formulation of U.S. Foreign Policy, Soft Power in International Relations, American Government, Cyber Diplomacy, Introduction to Political Science and Social Science Methodology.  

As an International Relations scholar, I have been researching soft power, more specifically the various soft power instruments including sports, culture and education. I created a new soft power measurement method and a new dataset to evaluate all countries’ soft power use.

Andrea Lauer Rice is President of the Hungarian American Coalition, the community’s largest umbrella organization. She is co-founder of Memory Project, an award-winning collection of 150 video-based life histories of Hungarians who immigrated to the US, especially in 1956 (https://memoryproject.online). She is the proud daughter and granddaughter of 56-ers and has created numerous projects to teach the next generation about the 1956 Revolution and Hungarian heritage, including: leading a project to create a 14-foot “Freedom Fighter” statue in Atlanta, GA, authoring books, educational booklets, and a computer game for kids, organizing festivals, and creating documentary films, multimedia exhibits and commemorations. In 2021, she was awarded with the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary (Magyar Köztársasági Érdemrend tisztikeresztje) by Ambassador Szabolcs Takács and the Hon.
