Are you passionate about international business and looking for hands-on experience in this field? We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant to support our business initiatives at the Hungarian Summit. This volunteer internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, actively participate in planning and executing both online and offline events. You’ll engage with American and Hungarian businesses, help organize key segments of the Hungarian Summit, and support HunBizFlo’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships: Collaborate directly with American and Hungarian businesses to ensure strong and productive partnerships.
- Event planning and execution: Play an active role in organizing and managing both online and offline events, with a special focus on the business-related events of the Hungarian Summit. Some offline events may take place in South and Central Florida.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Business enthusiast: Currently studying business or a related field, ideally at a Florida institution, with a strong interest in international business.
- Event coordinator: Experienced in managing and coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
- Strong communicator: Fluent in English and able to communicate confidently with international business partners.
- Ambitious learner: Eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in an international business environment
